Example one-page audit for the fictional Summit Ridge Roofing (EXAMPLE) with a score of 28 out of 100 (Critical), a comparison table against the top 3 competitors, an 11-check score table, the top 3 fixes, an AI search visibility panel and a compliance flags line.
Example audit, fictional data. The “EXAMPLE” watermark is part of the document.

What each section shows

  • Score out of 100: 11 checks (primary category, secondary categories, review count, star rating, review recency, owner replies, hours, photos, recent posts, website and name/address/phone match, claimed or verified). A check we cannot verify is left out and the score is rescaled; it is never guessed.
  • You vs. the top 3: your public Google Maps data next to the three businesses Google shows first for your main search.
  • Top 3 fixes: the three checks losing the most points, each with the reason and its source.
  • AI search visibility: how many AI answers named you (a fixed set of 3 prompts on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode), which directories list you, and whether your robots.txt blocks AI crawlers. This panel is separate from the 100-point score because AI answers change from run to run, so treat it as a snapshot. Anything not checked says “not checked”.
  • Compliance flags: Google guideline risks such as keyword-stuffed business names.
